South Patagonia is the last frontier of the American continent. This pristineand unspoiled region is the land of wind, wilderness, and stunning landscapes. During this complete and comprehensive naturalist and wildlife focus journey wewill have the chance to explore an impressive array of ecosystems: from theMagellan Straight waters, condor’s cliffs, the vastness of the Patagonian steppe, wetlands, Sub-Antarctic forests and breath-taking mountains and rock formations.The focus of this trip will be the Puma, the largest mammal of the Andes. We willconcentrate our efforts in its search while we also look for other mammals and birds that inhabit this remote location, surviving in one of the most extremes landscapes on earth. ITINERARY
DAY 1 PUNTA ARENAS AND THE STRAIGHT OF MAGELLAN
After landing in the picturesque and historical port of Punta Arenas at the shore of the legendary Strait ofMagellan we will start driving toward the north-east of this vast region to reach the south of Torres del Paine Park. Our base for the next days will be the village of Cerro Castillo, strategically located at the gate of thePumas territory. After a briefing of the next day’s activities, we will enjoy a typica Patagonian lambbarbecue

DAY 2 PUMAS AND WILDLIFE AT TORRES DEL PAINE PARK
We will leave the lodge in the dark in order to be among the first visitors to get into the Park Torresdel Paine and take advantage of the first hours of light when Pumas are more active. Our Puma tracker-guide will be in charge to lead us to different spots where Pumas usually hunt. We will spend the wholeday in the field hopefully having as a reward the first Puma encounters.

DAY 3 PUMAS AND WILDLIFE AT TORRES DEL PAINE PARK
Early morning quest for Pumas in Torres del Paine National Park and Laguna Amarga area. We willscan different hotspots for Pumas and their hunting territory in the section known as Laguna Amarga.With a
little bit of luck we will have some great possibilities to photograph Pumas and their interaction with their
favorite prey, the Patagonian camel knows as Guanaco. Our exhaustive observation of the steppe will alsogive us chances to find mammals as the Grey Fox, the Patagonian Hog-nosed Skunk, and the Patagonian
Armadillo

DAY 4 PUMAS AND WILDLIFE AT TORREES DEL PAINE PARK
Our last day at the Torres del Paine area will be dedicated to the search through canyons and shore ofwetlands near the entrance of Lago Sarmiento and Laguna Amarga at the edge of the park. We willhave
the last chances to spot Pumas near the park. During the night we will have a nocturnal exploration tosee if we can find Pumas in action during the dark hours plus the search of nocturnal raptors as the Austral
Pigmy-Owl, Barn Owl (Southern race) and Magellanic Horned Owl. Breakfast, Box Lunch, anddinner included. Overnight at Cerro Castillo or Hotel Torres

DAY 5 CONDOR CLIFFS AND RETURN TO PUNTA ARENAS
Early departure to leave the area of Torres del Paine and start the return to Punta Arenas. Along theroad we will stop by a spectacular Andean condor’s hotspot. The largest terrestrial flying bird of the worlduse
the mountain area around Rio Verde as a rooster spot. From the peak of cliffs hundreds of Condors,among adults and juveniles, take advantage of the thermal currents to take off and explore thesurrounding looking for carcasses. The view from the edge of the canyon is quite amazing . After the timein the field, we will have lunch at the local estancia and share a great moment with local farmers thattransform this sheep ranch in a real wildlife hotspot, collaborating also in different research focus on thestudy about the life of these birds at this extreme latitude. DAY 1 Temuco Airport – Conguillío National Park
Pick up at the airport of Temuco and transfer to national Park Conguillío for an afternoon time of hikesthrough this UNESCO Park. A truly spectacular area set by thousands of years of volcanic activity and thepresence of the ancient and unique Araucaria forests. The contrast between the lush of the forest andthe Andean snowy capped volcanic cones is truly an unforgettable experience of connection with mothernature.

DAY 2: Hike Sierra Nevada Trail at Conguillío National Park
A fantastic day of hikes in one of the most beautiful parks in Chile. While we explore the trails throughstunning landscapes of lakes, volcanoes, and forests we really feel that we jumped back on time, and we won’t be surprised if a dinosaur show up feeding at the top of the monkey puzzle trees. The Araucanía region is home of the largest community of indigenous of Chile, known as Mapuches. The spirit of these noble men and women are everywhere , from the small villages around the park to the names and stories part of their cosmovision, totally blended and linked with mother nature.

DAY 3 Bike Ride The Lake and Volcano Scenic Route – The 7 Lakes Circuit
Today we start our bike adventure in the most scenic circuit in the south of Chile A carefully crafteditinerary that will take us through the road known as the Seven Lakes loop. A day pedaling 62 kilometers, through lakes of pristine beauty, small villages of Mapuche communities and bucolic and peaceful agricultural fields. One of the highlights of the trip will surely be the lunch at a Mapuche family home. The opportunity to get an honest and genuine moment of meeting and chatting with them will certainly be amemory to keep in your hearts.

DAY 4 Bike Ride The Lake and Volcano Scenic Route – The German Settlers’ Circuit
Early wake up for an energetic breakfast before we start the second day on our bikes. The crossingbetween two regions of Chile is also a gate that will take us from areas of indigenous cultural presenceto the European pioneers lands. German settlers arrive to this area in 1852 and the villages with a touch of the black forest architecture are a witness of this wave of immigration. We will enjoy the local craftedbeer and the German style cuisine while we advance toward the foothill of the Osorno Volcano, a perfect conic shape mountain that will welcome us to the Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park. After a wonderful day on our bikes the hot tub of the hotel, or the swimming pool will be the perfect reward to recoverand prepare for the next day.

DAY 5 Bike Ride The Lake and Volcano Scenic Route – Llanquihue Lake Circuit
This is probably one of the most spectacular parts of the route of pedaling. The Lake Llanquihue shorehas a great paved bike lane with great vistas to different volcanoes and the immense lake, one of thelargest of South America. This 35-kilometer lane will take us from the small village of Cascada toPetrohué, at the shore of the Lake Todos Los Santos, known as Emerald Lake for the color of the water.After lunch, we will move to the north for a refreshing afternoon rafting at the rapids class 4 of the riverPetrohué, to later be transferred to the town of Puerto Varas.

DAY 6 Rewilding and exploring the Lake Llanquihue
Today is the day when we give back to the planet and to the local communities of our destination.Rewilding means restore nature to the original state how it was before the perturbation made byhumans. In our volunteer work today, we will combine this regeneration effort to work with local
communities, creating a virtuous circle where nature gets back, and communities get benefits from thataction. We will then move to the north part of the Lake to visit a brewery founded by a Canadian-
American couple of friends and enjoy a barbecue with an open bar of different types of beer.Breakfast and lunch included. Lodging at Hotel Bellavista or similar, Puerto Varas.
DAY 7 Route of the Parks of Patagonia: Pumalín Park
We leave from Puerto Varas early in the morning in direction to the local airport to board a charter flightof 40 minutes to Chaitén, where our vehicle will be waiting for us to start the exploration of El Amarillo
area of Park Pumalín with a hike of 6 hours to the Glacier (18 km– low difficulty).
In the evening you will be driven to Caleta Gonzalo enjoying spectacular views of rivers, glacier valleysand the exuberant temperate rainforest. After the check in at the comfortable and carefully decoratedcabins with a view to the fjord and the mountains, we will enjoy our dinner prepared with the
ingredients cultivated by local farmers of the area.

DAY 8 Route of the Parks of Patagonia: Pumalín Park
After breakfast we will explore different sections of the park learning about the fantastic work of
conservation, recovery, and rewilding of this area run by Tompkins Conservation. The story of DouglasTompkins is intimated related to this park that became part of the largest donation of private lands evermade and the first step for the creation of the Route of the Parks of Patagonia. The day starts with a hiketo Volcan Chaitén (3,5 hours – 5km – medium-high difficulty) and an interpretative hike to CascadasEscondidas (Hidden Waterfalls, 3 hours, 2 km – low difficulty). Have you ever hiked through the slopes ofan active volcano? There is always a first time!

DAY 9 Route of the Parks of Patagonia: Park Pumalín and the Northern Fjords of Patagonia
Departure from Caleta Gonzalo to Puerto Varas toward the north driving through the Carretera Austral(Road 7). The first ferry will take us from Caleta Gonzalo through the Fiordo Largo (45 minutes) and thenafter a short drive we will board the ferry for a 4-hour navigation of the Fiordo Comau and then a last
ferry from Caleta Puelche to Caleta La Arena. The ferry navigation is one of the highlights of this itinerarywith spectacular views of the mountains, volcanoes, and the picturesque fishermen villages along theshore of the Patagonian fjords.

DAY 10 The Gate to South Patagonia : Puerto Natales & Optional ancestral weaving classeswith Native Kaweskar people
Morning departure for an early flight to South Patagonia and the moment to say goodbye to the team ofguides of Pumalin Park & Puerto Varas. Relax in a private transfer taking you along the far-reachingpampas of Punta Arenas in route to Puerto Natales. Admire the changing Patagonia sky that stretches outinto the horizon and herds of iconic Patagonian sheep grazing on grand estancias. Soon we arrive in thecolorful coastal town of Puerto Natales where our multisport adventure begins with a hike of CerroDorotea (Dorothea Hill). Our 800-meter ascent to the summit allows for a gentle and inviting hike wherewe will be rewarded with mesmerizing views of the city of Puerto Natales, the Ultima Esperanza Fjord,
and the Admiral Montt Gulf.

DAY 11 Route of the Parks of Patagonia: Trekking off the beaten path in Torresdel Paine National Park
This day begins from our hotel in Puerto Natales as we travel 2 hours to Estancia Lazo, a13,000-hectare cattle ranch founded over a century ago which still operates today beneathstriking views of the Paine Massif on the shores of Laguna Verde. From here we’ll hike intoTorres del Paine National Park along a generally flat trail through peaceful stretches of nativebeech and coihue forests teeming with wildlife. Take a moment to identify the Grey, Serrano
and Paine Rivers, Serrano Valley, Mount Balmaceda and the Geike and Tyndall Glaciers before wemake our descent to the Weber bridge, where our private transfer will take us to our
campsite for the evening greeted with a freshly prepared welcome dinner.Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.

DAY 12 Route of the Parks of Patagonia: Kayaking in between Blue Icebergs inTorres del Paine NP
After an early breakfast, your private transfer takes you to the Grey Lake to meet your kayakingguide. Here, with views of Paine Grande and Grey Glacier as our morning backdrop, you’ll hearabout kayaking safety and paddling techniques. You’ll paddle Grey Lake for approximately 2hours, weaving amongst the floating icebergs. Leaving Grey Lake we’ll begin our descent of GreyRiver, which snakes through canyons bubbling with rapids and framed by steep rock
faces.

DAY 13 Route of the parks of Patagonia: Off the beaten path hike to the base ofLas Torres
After an energy-packed breakfast, our early transfer takes us through the park to the Las Torrestrailhead where we begin our trek with an ascent, following the Ascencio River into the AscencioValley. We’ll be rewarded by the arresting sight of the three Towers themselves. At
this lookout point 900 m above sea level, we’ll rest, take photos, and have lunch. Our descent isalong the same path where our private transfer awaits to bring us back to Puerto Natales for
the evening where we share our final dinner together before turning in to our accommodation forthe evening.

Are you ready for some unforgettable hikes? This program will take you to discover and explore by foot the best hikes around Puerto Varas. The itinerary covers National Parks and Private protected areas, including boat rides and lakes crossings to get to the different trails.
You will experience be a complete journey around the Lake District, discovering walking routes from the ocean to the snowy mountains, from the city to the rural areas, knowing the culture, people and local gastronomy at each destination. Our team is ready to lead this, your best walking experience in the south of Chile.
ITINERARY
DAY 1: WELCOME TO PUERTO VARAS
Upon your arrival to Puerto Montt airport, our local team will pick you up to start the adventure in the Lake District. After 25 minutes of driving, we will arrive to the charming town of Puerto Varas at the shore of Llanquihue Lake.
Overnight in Puerto Varas, Hotel Bellavista or similar.

DAY 2: COCHAMO VALLEY
We will start our day taking the route to Cochamó Valley, with stunning views of the Reloncaví Fjord and the mountain range. After driving 1 hour and 30 minutes (93 km), we will arrive to your lodging, leave the luggage, walk around the small village and have lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon we will do a soft hike around the area and spend some time taking pictures and looking the birdlife at the shores of the first fjord of Patagonia, preparing for our challenging hike of the next day. Overnight in Cochamo Valley, Hostel Las Bandurrias or similar

DAY 3: HIKE LA JUNTA
Today we have a long day hike, after a traditional breakfast with local products at our hostel, we will be driven to the trailhead (5 minutes). This will be a 23 kilometers trail (15 miles app). The trail to La Junta is quite muddy in spots. The elevation is not significant, it is a steady climb from sea level to about 900 feet / 300 meters. After 4 hours hiking aprox. we finally reach La Junta, where we will have a picnic lunch
enjoying the incredible view of the big walls of granite and the impressive scenery that surround us. After our way back through the same trail, our driver will be waiting to take us to our hostel at the Valley, just on time to our well-deserved dinner.

DAY 4: PARQUE TAGUA TAGUA
After an early breakfast, we will leave Cochamó and drive to take a 45 minutes ferry to the Tagua Tagua Park, a protected area located in the basin of the Puelo river, on the shore of Tagua Tagua lake. After the ferry crossing, we will do a 30 minutes boat ride to get to the entrance of the Park. Once there, the park ranger will give us a brief security talk, before we start walking through the evergreen forest, discovering spectacular waterfalls hidden in the mountains and the river that will be beside us during the whole trek. After walking approximately 4 hours we will reach the first refuge, Alerce, where we will rest and have a nice lunch with views to the sunken old alerce trees.
We must start the way back on time to take the last ferry back to Puerto Canelo, where our vehicle will be waiting for us to drive around 1 hour to get to village of Ensenada where we will spend the night at the
foots of Calbuco and Osorno volcanoes.

DAY 5: TWO VOLCANOES HIKE
This day we will combine hikes in two volcanoes: El Solitario Trail on the slopes of Osorno Volcano (6 km, 2,5 hours aprox.) and an interpretative circuit of 5 kilometers (2,5 hours aprox.) at the foothills of the Calbuco Volcano. Being an active spectator of the effects of a recent eruption is not an everyday
experience! Our naturalist guide will take you along the paths of the natural history of the region, hiking
through the temperate rainforest, basaltic formations, remains and traces of the eruption of 2015 and, of course, learning about the adaption that every living being is having to survive in a new landscape and
environment.

DAY 6: CAYUTUÉ HIKE
Our adventure continues with an off the beaten path trail inside of the National Park Vicente Pérez Rosales in the mountain range of the Lake District. This is a medium difficulty hike with some streams
crossings, but our effort will have the reward when we reach the pristine Cayutué Lagoon surrounded by forest and mountains. Here we will enjoy a delicious picnic with local products and have time enough to rest and enjoy the stunning views, after start our way back to Ralun, the place where we will have a free day to regain strength.

DAY 7: REST DAY AT MAREAS RALUN
Free day at Mareas Ralun, a lovely place with nice installations where you can enjoy and rest in front of the Petrohué river after several days of hike. A chef will prepare your meals with local products.

DAY 8: PARQUE NACIONAL VICENTE PEREZ ROSALES: HIKE DESOLACIÓN
The destination today is the eastern section of Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park, the first park opened in Chile in 1926. While we advance having some ascents from the point of departure we will be treated with stunning views over the volcanoes and the lakes that surround this part of the park. The landscape changes dramatically from the temperate rainforest to the volcanic steppe and then to the shores of the Andean lakes. The Andes range emerges at the horizon as we reach the emerald waters of the Lake Todos Los Santos where we end the hike and start the way back to town, without missing a stop at the Petrohué waterfalls, a combination of lava flows and water erosion with the cones of the volcanoes behind them.

During our exploration of Tierra del Fuego, we will also go for the king penguinsthat returned to breed in Useless bay probably after thousands of years of absence transforming this special site in a unique spot to enjoy the view of these charismatic species.

Departure from Punta Arenas airport for a birding tour around the city of Punta Arenas and the firststeppe areas to the east of the city. We will scan all the alkaline lagoons and ponds to make the firstattempts to find the unique Magellanic Plover and other species of waterfowl and waders. We will end theday visiting the Estancia Olga Teresa for a spectacular view of several Andean Condors that use the cliffs atthe ranch as a station on feeding flights

Day 1, Montevideo
Arrival at Montevideo Airport. Welcome and transfer to the selected Hotel. In the afternoon, Montevideo City Tour, privatewith a guide.
Montevideo has a great variety of cultural, gastronomic, and recreational offerings. Its coast with magnificent beaches is onthe banks of the Río de la Plata where an excellent bay forms a natural port of deep water.
Start touring around Ciudad Vieja (Old Town), which is a XVII Century neighborhood where one can find colonial, baroque, and classic architecture on ancient buildings of enormous patrimonial worth. Then go through Downtown Montevideo, the Independence Square all the way through 18 de Julio Avenue where you can see the Executive Tower (Presidency), the SalvoPalace, Solis Theatre (internal visit not included), the Atheneo and Montevideo City Hall are just a few of the magnificentplaces to check out on our tour. From here we’re off to Parque Battle where you will find the glorious Centenario Stadium,stage of the first World Cup back in 1930 and that holds the Soccer Museum in its premises.
We’ll also pass by the Legislative Palace and go to the Montevideo Agricultural Market for a coffee break (not included). From here we go to Carrasco, that has originally been the most elegant seaside resort in the beginning of XX Century.
Coming back towards Downtown we go through The Rambla (coastline) with over 22 kms of avenue and promenade. Return tothe hotel.

Day 2, Winery Visit
After breakfast, private transfer to the Juanicó Winery, one of the most traditional places for Uruguayan viticulture.
The natural stone buildings of this historic winery were built around 1830 and over time they have been modernized maintaining their original character. Here the latest technology and time honor the traditions that live in harmony. In this way the wines can express their best qualities.
The tour includes a walk through the vineyards, a visit to the winery, the old stone buildings, and the underground cellars. At the end of the tour there will be an exclusive wine tasting and a Creole lunch.

Day 3, Winery Visit
Breakfast, and departure to Varela Zarranz Winery, one of the oldest and most beautiful wine establishments in Uruguay. A pathlined with centuries-old olive trees leads us, through the vineyards, to the winery, founded in the late nineteenth century,today being the heritage of Uruguayan winemaking. There, a member of the family awaits the visitors, to guide them on a tourthrough vineyards and the winery, where the history of the establishment is narrated, the winemaking process is explained,as well as the family’s natural sparkling wines. made under the traditional method, Champenoise Method. We visit thebarrel room and the old cellar where the largest collection of French oak barrels in use in our country, dating from 1903, istreasured. After the visit, the WINEMAKER or Winemaker experience is carried out for one day: With this experience, you willhave the opportunity to create your own mix.
Work in small teams with the following options: 3 different varieties of reds: Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon, Marseille, andMerlot.
In both cases, the idea is to define the different percentages of each variety to create the best and personalized mix for the team. You will be part of this whole process, being a winemaker for a day. Each of the group members will carry their ownbottle, with a special label that contains their name and description of their personalized mix. The visit culminates in thebasement house, redecorated as a tasting room. In a spacious and comfortable living room, with original stone walls.Then we will taste 4 Varela Zarranz wines (one from each production line), accompanied by delicious cold cuts and cheese, a traditional barbecue will harmonize our tasting (Tail of Rump, Pork fillet, sweetbreads, chitterlings, creole sausages) with an accompaniment of mixed salads, ending with a dessert.

Day 4, Winery Visit
Breakfast, and departure to Bouza Winery. You will discover the west of the city of Montevideo, delving into the wineculture. More specifically in the Tannat strain that characterizes us so much. We will visit one of the most important wineries in Montevideo: Bouza. It was built in 1942, by Numa Pesquera, it is dedicated from the beginning to the production of finewines. and it is a perfect mix between old and technology. The varieties they produce are Albariño, Chardonnay, Merlot, Tempranillo and Tannat. Its tannat wines have received numerous awards internationally.
Here you can enjoy a visit to the plantations and learn about the winery’s unique production processes from a team of qualifiedemployees. You will also be able to admire the collection of classic cars within the property.
After the tour you will enjoy an exquisite five-course lunch, with two options per course and ten wines to choose from. The Bouza restaurant offers an elegant atmosphere in which Spanish and Uruguayan cuisine merge with an internationaltouch.

Arrival at the port of Colonia del Sacramento, where you will be received by our representative. In a natural setting, a painting workshop will be held where visitors will have the possibility in twohours to paint their own work with different techniques. For this you will find a wooden frame of 30 cm x 30 cm with a blankcanvas, brushes, acrylic paints, and table racks. The workshop closes with a snack served in the room. DAY 5 CAMPOTINTO/ VILLA SORIANO / MERCEDES
After a delicious country breakfast at the hotel, you leave for Villa Soriano, a town founded in 1624 as a reduction of ChanáesIndians. In this site, Santo Domingo Soriano, constitutes the oldest European settlement in Uruguayan territory. Declared aNational Historic Monument, in the small town you can breathe what was the first population center founded by the Spaniardsin the eastern band of the Uruguay River.

DÍA 8 MONTEVIDEO WINEMAKER / EXPERIENCIA PRIMUSEUM
Desayuno, y salida hacia Bodega Varela Zarranz, uno de los más antiguos y hermosos establecimientos vitivinícolas del Uruguay. Un camino bordeado de olivos centenarios nos conduce, a través de los viñedos, hasta la bodega, fundada a fines del siglo XIX, siendo hoy, patrimonio de la vitivinicultura uruguaya. Allí espera a los visitantes un integrante de la familia, para guiarlos en un recorrido a través de viñedos y bodega, donde se narra la historia del establecimiento, se explica el proceso de elaboración del vino, así como de los espumosos naturales de la familia, elaborados bajo el método tradicional, Método Champenoise. Se recorre la sala de barricas y la antigua cava donde se atesora la mayor colección de toneles de roble francés en uso en nuestro país, que datan del año 1903. Luego de la visita se lleva a cabo la experiencia Vinícola o Enólogo por un día. Con esta experiencia, tendrá la oportunidad de crear su propia mezcla. Se trabaja en equipos pequeños con las siguientes opciones: 3 variedades diferentes de tintos: Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon, Marselán y Merlot.
En ambos casos, la idea es definir los diferentes porcentajes de cada variedad para crear el La mejor y personalizada mezcla para el equipo. Serás parte de todo este proceso, siendo un enólogo por un día. Cada uno de los miembros del grupo llevará su propia botella, con una etiqueta especial que contiene su nombre y descripción de su mezcla personalizada. La visita culmina en la casa del sótano, redecorada como sala de degustaciones. En un amplio y confortable salón, con paredes de piedra originales.
Luego degustaremos 4 vinos de Varela Zarranz (uno de cada línea de elaboración), acompañados de deliciosos embutidos y queso, una parrillada tradicional armonizará nuestra degustación (Colita de cuadril, Filete de cerdo, mollejas, chinchulines, chorizos) con un acompañamiento de ensaladas mixtas, terminando con un postre. Al finalizar, regreso hacia Montevideo.
Tiempo libre hasta la noche, para su traslado a la cena- show en Primuseum: una casona de la ciudad vieja que data de 1870, en donde se alberga una colección con más de 3000 antigüedades.
Durante la noche se viste de gala ofreciendo a los visitantes una experiencia única en la localidad, en donde de forma armónica se combinan la gastronomía, cultura y el tango. Disfrutarán de comida típica local, con el maridaje de los mejores vinos Uruguayos, incluido el Tannat, cepa insignia.

DAY 9 MONTEVIDEO / PUNTA DEL ESTE
After breakfast, Departure from Montevideo along the Rambla Naciones Unidas and the Interbalnearia route until you reach Casapueblo (Entrance included), an architectural work of art residence of the great plastic artist Carlos Paéz Vilaró and currently Museum and Art Gallery. From there you have a majestic view of Punta Ballena and Portezuelo. We continue to the Barra de Maldonado with the crossing of its undulating bridge and return to the peninsula along the waterfront of Brava beach. DAY 11 LAGUNA GARZON / LAGUNA DE ROCHA
After breakfast on the shores of the lagoon, you will have free time to enjoy this beautiful and unique place. The GarzónLagoon and its coastal area make up the Lake National Park, the Bañados del Este World Biosphere Reserve, is an Area ofinterest for conservation and was declared a National Tourist Reserve. Towards noon they move a few kilometers fromGarzón, to visit the Laguna de Rocha, a large extension of water of more than 70 square kilometers whose particularity is,curiously, its shallow depth, since on average it does not exceed 70 centimeters, having verified a maximum depth of 1.6meters. The lagoon is separated from the sea by a sandy strip of approximately one kilometer wide, although at its southernend the distance is noticeably reduced, occasionally generating the weakening of the bar which causes the connection of thelagoon with the ocean. This lagoon is the natural habitat of a large number of native birds, but it is also home to an importantnumber of migratory species, a fact for which it has the status of “Biosphere Reserve” granted by UNESCO.
You will visit the Community of Artisanal Fishermen of the Laguna de Rocha. This community is composed of approximately20 families, organized in family-productive units characterized by living in and of the lagoon, being the artisanal activity thebasis of its economy. Here you will get to know the cuisine of the bar, a space to enjoy the fishing tradition of the Laguna deRocha, feel its flavors, contemplate the fishing landscape: the fishing village, the lagoon, the boats, the birds, the sound of thesea and the peace of the wind, observing its extensive visuals that show up to the contours of the Sierra de Rocha. DAY 1 COLONIA DEL SACRAMENTO
Arriving at Colonia del Sacramento, meet and greet. Transfer to hotel. In the afternoon we will visit the followingsites on a bike tour: Old city with its lighthouse and historical places and its famous: Calle de los Suspiros. We will walk for short along the old city visiting the UNESCO Heritage site on the way on the coast it is possible to see thewidest river in the world, sandy beaches, islands, and the residential area, getting to a place called real de San Carlos.There you will visit a Touristic complex built by Nicholas Milanovich.
It includes a bullring, a squash fronton, a hotel- casino, an electric central and a pier.
Architectural styles will be present to appreciate along our biking, enriching your views. Old streets, houses, the church, bastions, the wall, plus visits and the narration of a local guide, will make you feel the past along yourbike tour. Overnight in Colonia del Sacramento.
DAY 2 COLONIA DEL SACRAMENTO / CONCHILLAS
After a buffet breakfast we will departure from Colonia to Conchillas.
We will take the route to enter the roads and visit the old museum of cars, if possible, with an Establishmentwhere we a typical barber shop will be found, a pulperia, an ancient watch collection and machines that will takeus back to the past. All kept in an outstanding condition. We will continue its way to the oldest and Prestigiouswinery in the hills: Cerros of San Juan, to be able to ride along its vineyards and appreciate the landscapes thatsurrounds it. Coordinated lunch is optional.

DAY 3 CARMELO
After our buffet breakfast we will discover the inner beauties of Carmelo.
We will go along typical places and warehouses as well as to the Jesuitic ruins of the Calera de las Huerfanas, together with its museum and ovens of coal, where we will find natural ponds. If the weather allows us, we will enjoy a bath following the indications of the guide.
We will then visit el Legado winery and go round its vineyards and history. Wine tasting or lunch arranged at your request.
